Uncommitted Upperclassmen

Throught 6 Weeks of the High School Season

Hudson Latimer, 1B, 2025, Model
Uncommitted 2025, 6-foot-2, 160-pounds. Latimer showed well at the plate out of the leadoff spot for the Blue Devils. He picked up a hit in the 1st while picking up another barrel to deep CF later in the game. Latimer showed smooth mechanics from the left side, with good bat to ball skills. He plays good defense at 1B showing athleticism around the bag with good hands. Latimer will look to be a strong gap to gap hitter and have a big Junior year for Model.

Wesley Hurt, OF, 2024, Cherokee
The uncommitted senior outfielder didn’t hit a ball out of the infield but didn’t stop the impact. Flashing electric foot speed beating out two balls to first with sub-4.1 times from the right-side. Tools to play throughout the outfield and will be plus in left for Cherokee this spring with the glove.

Brady McDonough, 2B, 2025, Alpharetta
The uncommitted junior was a standout of the night for me. Left-handed leadoff bat with present athleticism and twitch in a 6-foot-0 frame. Showed strong bat-to-ball skills and approach throughout the game. Does an excellent job of staying on-plane with some ability to manipulate the barrel in-zone and present bat speed. Sound actions defensively at the keystone with good range and footwork. Soft hands and transfers stood out for McDonough. There’s a high floor type of profile here with more to project.

Jackson Rose, LHP, 2025, Etowah
Uncommitted. The Southpaw worked efficiently in his short outing Tuesday night vs. Ringgold. Rose was in command all night and did a good job attacking hitters in early counts. Building off of his quality start at the Georgia Dugout Club Tournament showed confidence on the mound working all three pitches effectively. Rose utilized a mid to upper 80’s FB that topped out at 88 with a mid 70’s BB that produced many whiffs throughout the night. Rose showed the ability to mix in an effective changeup keeping hitters off balance.

Austin Daves, LHP, 2025, Woodland
Uncommitted. Daves went 6 strong innings against Franklin County at the Pickens Mountain Classic. Daves was very confident on the mound and showed a good 3 pitch mix with the FB, BB, CH. Daves was able to get the 82 mph FB by hitters and showed good arm side action on the FB. The CH played really well off of the heater catching hitters way out front and produced whiff and weak contact. The BB was a good pitch to LHH as he was able to get LHH to chase out of the zone. Daves showed good pitchability, with room to grow in his slender frame.

Grant Cook, OF, 2025, Roswell
Uncommitted. Cook had a strong night at the plate as he had a multi hit night. Cook showed the ability to hit to all parts of the field. He has good bat to ball skill lacing one to the backside. Later in the game he smoked a double in a big spot of the game. Cook stays loose/athletic in his stance with a short/compact swing with good extension through contact.

Ryan Hall, 1B, 2025, North Gwinnett
The reigning Region 7-7A offensive player of the year on the gridiron has real tools on the diamond as well. With an athletic 6-foot-1,180-pound frame, Hall shows above-average bat speed and present feel for the barrel that showed up well in-game with a pair of loud doubles. The uncommitted junior does a good job on matching plane in a line-drive approach. Good actions at first base as well with flexibility and soft hands.

Jackson Stanley, SS, 2025, Creekview
Uncommitted. Athlete. Stanley has been a steady performer over the years, and was apart of the 2022 Junior Future Games team. He is versatile in the field, and could stick anywhere on the field long term. He has the glove, and arm strength to stick at SS or slide over the 3B. He is athletic, making all the tough plays. He throws well on the run, and turned a couple double plays on Wednesday that were smooth and efficient. At the plate he has cut his leg kick down some, and I think it has really helped him stay on time. He had a big day on Wednesday with 3 hits, 1 being off a 90mph fastball down the line in game 2. Stanley is one of the top uncommitted juniors in the state, and will be a strong asset at the next level.

KJ Hart, OF, 2025, River Ridge
Uncommitted. 6-foot-6 frame. 2023 Future Games member. Had a monster day at the plate going 3 for 3 in game 1. He just missed a grand slam to dead center to take the lead, but ended up hitting off the top of the wall to clear the bases. There is present strength, and really knows how to put on a show in BP. He has good plate discipline, despite looking to always do damage to the baseball. The ball he hit to dead center was down and away, and did a good job of staying through it.

Gavin Hamrick, 3B, 2025, River Ridge
Uncommitted. The left handed 2 hole for the Knights took some of the best swings of the day. It is smooth and effortless from the left side, and he has great plate discipline at the top of the order. He has quick hands with a compact swing that leads to consistent line drives. He does a great job getting the barrel out in from of pitches in the inner half, and has some sneaky pop to the gaps.

Spears Martin, INF, 2025, North Cobb Christian
Uncommitted. Martin has gotten off to a hot start to his junior year and continued that Thursday night against North Cobb. Martin lined one over the CF head for a double. He has a simple approach with good barrel control through the zone. Martin put together strong AB’s and competed well at the plate. Martin is a good uncommitted name left in the ‘25 class.

Fuller Morrish, C, 2025, Woodstock
Uncommitted. Morrish added a multi-hit game as Woodstock goes on to win big against Allatoona in a big region matchup. Morrish is athletic behind the plate presenting pitches well, and a good arm with the ability to throw runners out. At the plate Morrish is patient and attacks the pitch he wants. He has good barrel control and keeps the barrel on plane well. Morrish has a good gap to gap approach keeping fluid mechanics.

Cameron Novak, RHP, 2025, Blessed Trinity
Uncommitted. 6-foot-3 205-pounds. Novak came out attacking the zone, and did not let up the entire outing. He found the strike zone early in counts, and worked with a quick pace, controlling the game. He had a great feel for the curveball, throwing it in any count for strikes. He showed the ability to bury it for swing and miss, or land it for a strike early in the count. He sat mostly 86, and carried 11 strikeouts through 5.

Carson Zagryn, 2B, 2025, Blessed Trinity
Uncommitted. Carson has been fun to watch develop over the years. He was apart of the ‘22 Junior Future Games team, and has not stopped progressing since. The frame has filled out, and is super physical at 6-foot-2 200-pounds. The strength at the plate has been the most impressive thing from Zagryn. He seems to always barrel balls consistently through the middle of the field. The approach is gap to gap, and never tries to do too much. He is versatile in the field, playing 2B on Wednesday night. He moves well, making a run saving sliding play to his left in game 1 of the double header.

Aiden Zagryn, 1B, 2025, Blessed Trinity
Uncommitted. Aiden came up big with a hard hit ball in the gap, just shy of leaving the yard to take the lead on Wednesday night. He was over at 1B, and played well, digging out a couple picks and making a couple tough plays. Similar to his brother. Aiden is always on time at the plate. He stays through the middle of the field, and creates a great bath path, keeping it in the zone as long as possible. He finishes through contact, and does a great job going with pitches and hitting them where they are thrown.

Jack Ryan, 1B, 2024, Starr’s Mill
Batting in the heart of a lineup that’s slap full of D1 commits, the uncommitted senior continues to come up big for Starr’s Mill. Physical frame at 6-foot-0, 185-pounds for Ryan who shows present bat speed and real heaviness in the barrel. Flashes huge raw power seemingly every game and jumped on a hard-hit RBI double again last night from an easy right-handed swing with active hands and quick trigger.

Daniel Parker, 3B, 2025, Hillgrove
Uncommitted. Lean, athletic frame. We got a chance to see Parker early last summer, and he has really made some big strides since. The swing is as simple as they come at the plate. He barrels balls consistently through the middle of the field. He is much stronger since we saw him last, and has really helped him be able to drive balls in the game. The hands start flat and keeps the barrel on plane, covering the entire plate. Parker is a versatile defender that could stick anywhere in the infield or even slide into an outfield spot.

Carson Vick, C, 2025 Hillgrove
Uncommitted. Vick made a strong impression last year in the playoffs, and has progressed even more since. The maturity behind the plate really stands out, and he has the ability to be an above average defender behind the dish. The catch and throw is effortless and he is a tireless worker, covering up balls in the dirt. Reliable back stops are hard to come by, and Vick has the total package. He has really come into his own at the plate. The lower half continues to develop, adding strength to all parts of his game. He has a gamer mentality and will make any college program better at the next level.

Avery Wilson, OF, 2025, Hillgrove
Uncommitted. Athlete. Wilson was a breakout guy last year, and had a strong summer at Top Prospect Games over the summer. He is a + runner with quick hands and some crazy bat speed. He can change the game with his legs, turning singles into doubles and routine ground outs to singles. He can stick at any outfield spot, as he floats to balls in the gap, running them down with ease. The strength is there at the plate, and the swing will continue to polish as he will be an impact guy for Hillgrove this spring.

Jacob Bohacek, SS, 2024, Marietta
Uncommitted. Lean/athletic frame. Bohacek had one of the biggest weekends of the event going 9 for 13 with a triple, 2 doubles and 9 RBI’s. He can stick at the premium, SS position with an above average glove and strong arm. He can make all the tough plays in the hole, and throws well on the run. He simplified things at the plate with minimal movement and good barrel control. He is always on time, and has the ability to adjust to pitches on the fly, staying balanced in the lower half. Bohacek is a put together ball player with all the tools, and can even run it into the upper 80’s on the mound.

Matthew Lyons, RHP, 2024, East Forsyth
Uncommitted. Lyons has quickly become one of the top 2 way prospects still uncommitted in the ‘24 class. Found the barrell all weekend at Georgia Dugout Club and then came in for the close in a tight game against Carrollton. Over the summer we saw him creep into the high 80’s, and on Friday night he ran it up to 91. He has cleaned up the delivery, allowing his arm to be on time, and has really made his FB tick up. It has a ton of life up in the zone. He mixed in a sharp CB in the low 70’s disrupting hitters' timing allowing the FB to be even more effective. Lyons is going to be one to follow closely this spring, as he could really make an impact at the next level.

Aidan Wray, RHP, 2025, Denmark
Uncommitted. Athletic frame. Wray is one of those pitchers that will help any team win games. He can fill into a starter or reliever role because he has the ability to throw strikes and force contact. He can throw the slider in any account, which really opens up the zone for him, and keeps the hitters guessing. The fastball was in the low 80’s and we have seen him get into the mid 80’s before. The velo will continue to climb with the clean, repeatable delivery. He is calm under pressure, and got a big strikeout with the bases loaded in a tight game.

Trey Farr, OF, 2025, East Forsyth
Uncommitted. One of the top bats of the weekend had a big Friday night with a no doubt home run, and continued to find the barrell all weekend. We got to see Farr all summer on a strong Devine squad. He was a steady performer with the same smooth, left handed swing. The frame has really developed since the fall, and has seemingly help him put everything together at the plate. The power now stands out, and he finds the barrell for loud contact, consistently. He is in his legs more at the plate, and has added a small toe tap that is really smooth and consistent. The lefty can also run it up into the upper 80’s on the mound, making him one of the strongest 2 way guys still on the market in the class.

Landon Eubanks, INF, 2025, Carrollton
The uncommitted junior outfielder flashed a strong hit tool throughout the weekend for the Trojans. Good balance and hands really work throughout the zone. Showed ability to spray balls in a line-drive, all-fields approach from the left-side. Some projection remaining in the frame at 6-foot-0, 160-pounds with position flexibility as well.

Tyler Fallmann, 2025, RHP, Walker
Uncommitted. High waisted 5-11 170lb frame with present athleticism and room for added strength. Shorter arm circle with a ¾ slot. Quick and efficient path. Somewhat explosive with the lower half at times. Like the delivery. 4SFB was 84-87 T88, heavy with some sink, ran in on hands often to RHH, inducing s/m and several ground balls. 2SFB was 77-80 with more HZB to provide a different look for hitters. Good shape on slurve-like SL at 70-73 with downer action, still finding feel for sharp pitch but a chance to be abv avg down the line. Nice arm.

Bryson Bizzell, 2025, RHP, Norcross
Uncommitted. Long 6-foot-2 with lean strength and some good arm speed. Short swing to a tough OTT slot, deceptive release paired with pitch shape will miss bats consistently. Good carry on FB (84-86) generates s/m at top of zone and shows control for pitch. Nice arm here, one to keep an eye on as he continues to fill out and add on more muscle.

Davin Miller, 2024, OF, Locust Grove
Uncommitted. Physicality and proportion in a 5-foot-10, 175-pound frame with good strength in an adjustable lower half. Flat & direct path thru the zone with ability to use both gaps. Developing bat speed but like the force coming from lower half showing good mechanics and will get quicker as strength continues to develop throughout the frame. Atheltic movements on the base paths and in the OF.
