Since 2015, PBR Wisconsin has been organizing a tournament to showcase the best programs and talent in-state, the Badger State Battle. Every Fourth of July weekend, this tournament serves as a celebration of Wisconsin's budding, on-the-rise baseball scene. For the past six summers, this event has taken place at the Woodside Sports Complex, at its all-turf sites in The Dells and in Mauston. The Badger State Battle has continued to grow dramatically over its years, becoming one of our most well-attended and competitive events that we host.

And in 2022, the Badger State Battle returns.

Registration is open for the seventh annual edition of the tournament. Pool play will begin on Wednesday, June 29, leading up to championship Sunday, July 3, where champs will be crowned across three age groups (17U, 16U, 15U).

Our scouting staff will be in attendance for the duration of the event as each year we discover more new talent that had not yet landed on our radars. It also serves as an additional place to view Wisconsin's established top talent, making it a go-to spot for the region's college recruiting coordinators. Our staff will diligently produce a daily list of highlights, featuring scouting reports on the players who stuck out to our staff as follow prospects in our own backyard.
