From June 24 to 27, the PBR Illinois team will host the Illinois Classic, a tournament EXCLUSIVE to travel programs within the state being held at the brand-new Rantoul Family Sports Complex in Rantoul, Ill. This event will attempt to collect some of Illinois' best in-state travel clubs to compete against each other in the 17U, 16U, 15U age brackets.
The objective here is to let this event serve as a celebration of Illinois' blossoming status as one of the Midwest's – and increasingly the nation's – most competitive prep baseball scenes.
The PBR Illinois scouting staff will be in attendance for the duration of the event, on the lookout to discover more new talent that has not yet landed on our radars. It also serves as an additional place to view Illinois' established top talent, and we'll strive to make it a must-attend event for the region's college recruiting coordinators. Our staff will diligently produce content on the top prospects and performances from the event.
