The Team Florida ID Games - Palm Beach took place Tuesday, July 13th at Ballpark at the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, FL. The event featured players from the 2023-2026 classes participating in a pro-style workout followed by gameplay in front of the PBR Florida Scouting Staff.

Randy Balceiro C / RHP / City of Hialeah Educational Academy, FL / 2023

6-foot-2, 170-pound mature strong frame. Solid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 91 mph. (61.13 mph bat speed average). (20.16 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced open stance with a tight load, then uses a toe tap stride. Has efficient bat speed, uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with some loud contact. Pull side line drive approach. While catching, his best throw downs of the day reached a max velocity of 72 mph; had a clean natural transfer, consistent footwork, and consistent hands. produced pop times of 2.03-2.28. Displays even shoulders and a consistent athletic balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 76-78 mph and topped out at 79 mph; has hard running action and control very consistent low in the zone with heavy movement. (Max spin 1920; Avg 1627). John Brown OF / 1B / Home School, FL / 2024

Began in a tall stance with a compact load, then used a quick leg kick. Has a level swing plane, electric bat speed and high finish. He barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Recorded a 60 time of 7.34 at the event.   

AJ Cruz SS / 2B / Miami Christian , FL / 2026

Jonathan Deng RHP / 3B / Atlantic Community, FL / 2023

Jayden Dubanewicz RHP / OF / Stoneman Douglas , FL / 2024

6-foot, 150-pound lean athletic frame. Above average on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action while showing quick above average arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows easy effort. During his delivery balance point is tall with even shoulders. Lands square with a clean finish. Sat with his fastball at 80-83 mph and topped out at 84 mph; had a heavy fastball that showed late running action and command very consistent around the zone. (Max spin 1966; Avg 1850). Above average while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 76 mph; had rhythmic footwork, soft consistent hands, and a quick clean exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a low ¾ slot and a short arm action. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.92. Solid on the mound, had a short arm action and a ¾ arm angle with quick arm speed. Slow-tempo type pitcher and shows easy effort. Has an athletic balance point with even shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 76-77 mph and topped out at 78 mph; showed cutting action and command consistent around the zone with heavy movement. (Max spin 2305; Avg 2241).
