2021 Summer Showcase Leaders - Trackman

PBR and Trackman work hand in hand to offer the most accurate and useful data for college and professional scouts. Hitters showed consistency across the four leaderboards with 21 of the 40 spots being taken by reoccurring hitters. Pitching leaderboards are the most spread out, with only 22% of the leaderboards being populated by the same athlete more than once.
Hitting Metrics
Of the 40 spots on the leaderboards, the 2022 and 2023 class secured 36 of the top spots. All hitting metrics pulled from Trackman are based on each players round of batting practice to create a conducive environment for accurate data and reading.

The 2023 and 2024 classes showed their pitching prowess throughout the summer, taking 43 of the top 60 spots on the leaderboards. This includes being at the top of five of the six leaderboards. All pitching metrics pulled from Trackman are based on each players bullpen to create a conducive environment for accurate data and reading.

The fastball metrics come down to you speed, spin and movement. We assessed pitchers maximum velocity, peak spin rate, and average horizontal movement.
