WHAT TO WATCH FOR:
Expectations for Team - Fairmont returns Robeson County Pitcher of the Year Noah Parker along with 5 starters from last year's team. They will rely on some of their sophomores to step in and be everyday players. If some young arms can step up and provide depth the Tornadoes could be a tough matchup for teams in the SAC-7 2A Conference.
QUOTE FROM THE COACH:
I'm excited to see how our sophomore class responds to being everyday starters. Our experience is in our outfield and pitching staff but I do not expect a decline in production as 3 of our 4 sophomores saw action in the starting lineup in 2022.
