WHAT TO WATCH FOR:
Expectations for Team - First year head coach Brian Lackey will lead a young Nighthawks club in 2023. While they are young they do have two talented arms to run out in Riley Gibson and Isaac Miles. As their young roster gains experience the Nighthawks will push to repeat as Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A Conference Champs.
Expected Team Strength - Solid foundation for the pitching staff, with Isaac Miles (2024) and Riley Gibson (2025). Both are RHP who have potential to be a dominate Tuesday/Friday combo.

I'm fired up to see this group compete. It's my first year as their head coach, and I look forward to building on what Coach Saunders has accomplished in previous years. The work they've put in this fall, accompanied by each player buying into what we're trying to be about is going to be fun to see come to fruition this spring.
