WHAT TO WATCH FOR:
Expectations for Team - The Hawks lose many key contributors from last year's club that spent much of the year ranked in the Power 25. Even though they will look a lot different in 2023 they do have quality arms in Cole Bowie and Houston Wills. Hayden Henry gives them a veteran bat and look for Austin Renn to play a role offensively and on the mound. Holly Springs should once again be competitive in the always challenging Southwest Wake 4A conference.
Expected Team Strength - RHP Cole Bowie returns to lead the staff, strike thrower who can locate and throw all pitches for a strike. Should be strong defensively.
