WHAT TO WATCH FOR:
Expectations for Team - Wake Forest should be an exciting club to watch in 2023 and will start the season ranked No.1 in the Power 25. Their lineup will have a mix of speed and power featuring Luke Stevenson, Cooper Allen, Ethan Brittain, and Ian Williams. Stevenson, Brittain, and Williams also give them sound defense up the middle. The pitching staff will be led by Allen and Jimmy Lovelace but should also get quality innings from youngster Carson Crider. If the Cougars can stay healthy they have the pieces to make a run at the 4A State Title.
