We would like to thank all who participated in The PBR New England 2022 Scout Day: CT Gamecocks. This was a great opportunity for 2023-2025 prospects to be put on college recruiting boards. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2022 Scout Day: CT Gamecocks - Quick Hits

The Players

  • PJ Colla, 2025- A left-handed pitcher pounded the zone, mixed in all three, mechanically sound for a 2025. Simple approach at plate, level, linedrive path.
  • Justin Dattel, 2025- A right-handed hitter, swung the bat well for a 2025, potential to hit down the road.
  • Joey McFarland, 2024- A right-handed hitter, loose hands through the zone, line drive approach. The frame is long and athletic, plenty of room for added weight gains.
  • Tyler Harger, 2023- A right-handed hitter, gap to gap approach, solid receiver behind the plate.
  • Lucas Stango, 2024- A long and lengthy athlete, arm works with ease off the bump, up to 77 mph, with a ton more in there.
