‘25 SS Danny Wideman (West Linn) - Started off the year with a loud offensive performance in West Linn’s victory over Grant. Went 3-4 with a 2B, R and RBI. Athletically he’s a stoutly built athlete with powerful levers and some explosive movements. Offensively he rotates in a tight window with effortless bat speed. Noticeably strong hands. So far this season is showing a mature approach with sharp swing decisions. Prospect on the rise in the 2025 class. Uncommitted

3-4 with 1R, 1RBI. Quiet in the box then moves the barrel quickly in a tight window w/ short path to the ball. Explosive hands. Loud contact @ShooterHunt pic.twitter.com/O2hRqdJMHJ
‘23 RHP Drew Talavs (West Linn/Oregon State) - Talavs continues to reinforce why he’s one of the top ranked arms in the state and looks ready to lead West Linn on another deep playoff run. Went 4 IP in his season debut allowing just 2 H, 1 BB and racking up 7 K. His FB came out 90-91 with control and life in the zone. Sharp SL at 74-75 that he can manipulate in and out of the zone.

‘24 LHP Blake Crawford (West Linn) - Arm to watch in the 2024 class. Showed well this summer and intrigued as a lower slot lefty with feel for spin. Pitched 2 innings in his debut, allowing 1 H, 1 ER, 3 BB with 4 K. The velo on the FB was up to 83-85 and a sweeping breaker at 76-77. Uncommitted
‘23 RHP/INF Ben Christensen (Grant) - Christensen had a tough assignment to open up the season, getting the start on the mound against the defending 6A state champs. His FB velo was up from our previous look, working 85-86 early with heavier life and some sinking action on the ball. Uncommitted

‘24 RHP Justin Schramm (Wilsonville) - One of our top remaining arms in the 2024 class. Schramm had a scoreless outing in his season debut, spinning 5 IP with 3 H, 3 BB and 6 K. FB worked 80-84 with 11/5 CB at 72-73. Schramm had a big season in 2022 as a sophomore and has the physical tools to continue to get stronger which will only help the pure stuff continually improve. Uncommitted.
‘24 INF Berkley Reents (Wilsonville) - Reents notched a multi-hit game in the season opener for the Wildcats. Going 2-5 with a 3B and driving in their only run of the game. Offensively he continues to show an easy, level stroke from the left side with a feel for spraying contact. Defensively can float around the INF and has expanded his role to potentially include catching duties as needed. Uncommitted
‘25 OF/3B Drew Hall (Wilsonville) - Hall showed off the athleticism and upside back in the fall with a strong performance at our Sherwood event. A wiry athlete at 5-foot-11 with a wider upper half. Hall has room to grow and develop. Went 1-4 on this look with a 1B, 2 BB and the only run scored for Wilsonville. Uncommitted.
‘23 SS Brandon Stinnett (Sprague/Seattle U) - Stinnett was a standout performer despite a tough loss for Sprague against a strong Wells team. Went 2-4 at the plate with a 1B, 2B, 1 R and 1 RBI. The left-handed hitter has a quiet, simple set-up with clean direction towards the pitcher. Hands turn the barrel early and he covers the zone with a flat path. Crisp defender on the dirt at SS.

‘25 INF/RHP Jace Dalton (Sprague) - Dalton had a well-rounded performance at our All State event, showing off the 2-way ability and offering projection as he fills out his lean, 5-10 frame. Had a productive day at the plate on this look going 1-1 with a BB and also pitched 2.2 IP in relief, racking up 4 strikeouts. Uncommitted.
'23 Russell Petersen (Wells/Whitman) - Peterson put together a big offensive performance to help drive the Guardians to 7 runs and ultimately a win. Finished the day 2-4 with 2 2B, 1 R and 4 RBI. Senior SS looks poised for a big year.
'24 Logan Kirkpatrick (West Albany) - Junior Logan Kirkpatrick filled up the stat sheet against Wilsonville, going 3-4 at the plate with 1 R and 1 RBI, accounting for 3 of the 7 total hits his team had. He was also exceptional in relief, tossing 4.2 innings out of the pen while only allowing 1 H, 1 BB and punching out 11 batters.
‘24 LHP Quin Dufort (Wells/Portland) - Dufort battled through some struggles early on in his outing and found his rhythm as the game went on. Got into a groove late and ended up getting 5 K in 3.2 IP. The tall, wiry southpaw worked 80-83 with the FB and paired it with a slurve breaking ball at 70-72. Landed the CB for strikes late and generated plenty of swing and miss with the offering.
