The 2021 High School baseball season is winding down as we are into States week for most classifications. We’ve gone through and updated our 2021, 2022, and 2023 player rankings, and now we move onto the class of 2024. Entering their freshman year, many players made big impacts on their varsity teams as well as their JV teams. With the second edition of these 2024 rankings, we were able to see more and more of these 2024s than we ever have before. Take a look at our newly updated Florida Class of 2024 rankings.

Remaining at No. 1 is LHP/1B Talan Bell (Hagerty). A Florida State commit, Bell is one of the more advanced left handed arms in the 2024 class who has seen his fastball up to 89 mph this spring. It’s a clean, loose arm action with a lot to like. A bright future ahead as he already shows feel for the changeup.

Coming in at No. 2 is SS/2B Manuelle Marin (Doral Academy). Marin is a Miami commit and has been a starter on Doral’s varsity team since 8th grade. Athletic 6-foot-1, 165 pound frame. Can play both middle infield spots with quick, twitchy actions. Offensively, the swing is loose and athletic as he shows the ability to spray the ball gap to gap with power to come as he continues to get stronger.
