North Carolina Rankings Update: 2023 Class

The 2023 Class Player Rankings in North Carolina have been updated. After events featuring skilled players this preseason and a spring full of exciting high school games PBR Scouts have been able to track the process of another talented class in our state. This class features a ton of uncommitted talent that will be heavily scouted this spring. This Class also features several players featured in the PBR Overall Rankings that will draw the attention of pro scouts in the near future. This Class has been updated to 285 Players.
