PBR Texas strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.
As April gets underway, our PBR TX staff takes a look at the top 10 most viewed Texas profiles of March. We are able to drill down into the data and track the number of reads thanks to Google analytics.

Blake Mitchell C / RHP / Sinton, TX / 2023The #1 player in the state and #5 overall, Mitchell is off to a hot spring as he looks to lead Sinton to back to back state titles. Mitchell also eyes this summer's draft, where he is currently ranked 14th on our Draft Board. Mitchell is signed with LSU.

Travis Sykora RHP / SS / Round Rock, TX / 2023Sykora is our #2 ranked player in Texas and #9 overall. The hard throwing righty has been up to 100 and continues to show improved secondaries. The future Longhorn could hear his name in the 1st round in this summer's draft.

Conner Helms 3B / SS / Dripping Springs, TX / 2025The sophomore from Central Texas has had a good spring so far for Dripping Springs. The power he showed us at our preseason ID in January has carried over into the games this spring.

Caden Sorrell OF / LHP / Marcus, TX / 2023Sorrell has had a steady rise up the rankings over the last year. Now ranked #5 in the state, Sorrell has been a force in the middle of the Marcus lineup. He has 5 tool potential and has also been a force on the mound his senior year. Sorrell is signed with Texas A&M

Chase Mora SS / RHP / Tomball, TX / 2022Mora made waves at the beginning of the college baseball season with hitting home runs in his first 3 ab's at Texas State. He then had a 4HR game a couple weeks later. It has been quite the start to Mora's college career.

Casan Evans RHP / SS / St. Pius X, TX / 2024The #1 player in the 2024 class, Evans has looked like the part of a future ace. The athletic righty has gotten fastball up to 94 and shows a wipeout slider. He has a useful changeup as well. Evans is committed to LSU

Grady Emerson SS / 2B / Argyle , TX / 2026The #1 ranked freshman in Texas has lived up to the hype so far for Argyle. The sweet swinging lefty has won a player of the week award already and has shown the ability to hit for average and power. Emerson is committed to TCU.

Aiden Salinas SS / OF / London ISD, TX / 2027Salinas impressed the PBR Texas staff with his showing at the Rising Stars event down in Houston in Feb. He has an elite arm for his grade and shows some serious power potential as well.

Jack Frankel RHP / RHP / John Paul II, TX / 2024Frankel made some news when he decommitted from Mississippi State at the beginning of the spring. Now the top uncommitted player in Texas, Frankel has the best pitch ability in the state. Frankel has a 4 pitch mix with a fastball that will get in the low 90's.

Brody Walls RHP / SS / Mckinney Boyd, TX / 2025Walls committed to the University of Texas earlier this spring, and the two way standout continues to elevate his game. He is an athletic mover down the mound and can generate a low 90's fastball with a quality slider. He also plays a good SS and has good gap power at the plate.
