The Preseason ID was held February 12th at the Utah Sports Academy in Riverton, Utah.
TrackMan Baseball is a 3D Doppler radar system that precisely measures the location, trajectory and spin rate of hit and pitched baseballs. With applications in player evaluation and development, TrackMan quantifies aspects of on-field performance that have traditionally been qualitatively assessed. TrackMan is currently used by a majority of Major League teams who have installed TrackMan systems in their stadiums, ranging from rookie ball to big league stadiums and the vast majority of Division 1 college ballparks.
