Reid Dexter: OF/LHP, (2024) out of Milton, MA, is a 5-foot-6, 110-pound outfield prospect. During batting practice, Dexter recorded an exit velocity of 74 MPH. He hits out of a squatty, balanced stance, with relaxed hands. The load is controlled, allowing the bat to work through the hitting zone on a flat swing plane. From the outfield, he registered a velocity of 66 MPH on his throws. He uses a higher ¾ arm slot, shows rhythmic footwork, and a clean exchange. He was also clocked at 8.5 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, he showed a loose ¾ arm slot that produced a fastball with arm side run at 68-69 MPH. The delivery is balanced allowing him to be consistent with his direction toward home plate. He also showed a 12/6 curveball (59-61 MPH) with good spin.
