 OF/LHP, (2023) Jackson, OH. 5-foot-7, 160-pound athletic build. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 89 mph. Began in an athletic balanced stance with a high controlled load, then used a controlled leg kick. Bat speed is average, exhibits an upward level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Projectable in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 86 mph; has soft hands, smooth consistent feet, and a clean exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a ¾ slot with a long very quick arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.3. Advanced projectable on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action while showing quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Lands square with upright clean finish. (17.9 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed was quick present, showed a short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. While catching, his best recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 73 mph; shows soft hands, quick feet, and a clean transfer. he produced a pop time of 2.00-2.10. Some flexibility and quiet setup. Showed a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showing consistent arm speed he had a loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows easy effort. Threw his fastball 79-82 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 1736; Avg 1715). His 1/7 curveball (66-67) showed some action.
