Starts in an athletic quiet stance with a compact load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was quick, showed a loose level swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws up to 79 mph; shows sure hands, consistent feet, and a natural exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a consistent arm action with a high ¾ slot. Clocked a time of 7.39 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed with a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1988; Avg 1931). His 11/5 curveball shows gradual action. (Max spin 1424; Avg 1299).
