Jack Gorecki: RHP/OF, (2022) Brunswick, OH. 6-foot-1, 175-pound athletic frame. On the mound, showed good arm speed, he had a long arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows easy effort. Has an athletic balance point. Sat with his fastball at 76-80 mph; showed running action and arm side control. His 11/5 curveball (61-63) has gradual action. His changeup (63-66) shows fading action and arm side command. Ran a 4.34 30 yard dash.

2/6/19

Body Type: 5-foot-11, 140-pound long lever type.
Swing Mechanics Left-handed hitter that starts in an upright setup. Uses a back load with hands during double tap timing trigger.
Hit: Level path with some lag. Good bat to ball skills for class. Wiry strong prospect with mroe to come as physical maturation takes its course. Stays inside the baseball well. Like the swing/solid round.
Power: 70 mph exit velocity. More to come.
Offensive Projection: Top of the lineup.
Run:  7.99 60-yard dash.
Field: Rangy defender that plays aggressive in the outfield. Ball skills are on par for class. Mechanically sound.
Throw: Long, loose arm action. Accurate arm with some lift out of the hand.
Defensive Projection: Corner Outfield.

2/6/19 Pitching

Body Type: 5-foot-11, 140-pound long lever type.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: ¾ right-hander with slinging arm action. Works with a slower pace to his low effort delivery. Tall and fall action to his delivery.
Fastball: 69-73 mph. Mostly true through the zone with slight arm side action and occasional sink.
Curveball: 60-62 mph. 11/5 shaped wrinkle offering with gradual action. Through the pitch in the zone for the most part.
Changeup: 60-63 mph. A playable offering. Comes out of same slot as fastball with a similar look to it. Pitch may have a bit extra dip than fastball.
Pitchability:  Filled it up with the fastball and showed flashes of feel for secondary offerings.
