6-foot-4, 205-pound mature frame. Solid during batting practice, Lund displayed an exit velocity of 95 mph, Ranks #2 with EV at the event. Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth small load, then uses a controlled stride. Has explosive bat speed, level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Was able to create loud contact and found multiple barrels. Aggressive approach. Capable in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 74 mph; had a lengthy exchange, developing footwork, and soft hands. Movements laterally were developing and he fields the ball out front. Behind the plate, he produced a position velocity of 67 mph during throw downs; showed a developing exchange, average feet, and soft hands. Recorded pop times of 2.14-2.22. Average flexibility and staggered setup. Some accuracy to the bag, used a ¾ slot and a stiff arm action. Clocked a time of 7.25 in the 60-yard dash.

Hit: When swinging it from the right side. All the tools are there. Aggressive swinger with a balanced combination of strength and speed. Downhill path. Pull side approach. Switch hitter. From the left he has a quieter approach during loading sequence but maintains natural tools. Rotational sequence form the southpaw side. Looks to be a true switch with a bit stronger BP from the right.
Power:Gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Middle.
Field:Worked out at third base. Moves well over there. Ball skills are serviceable. Good clay to mold. Behind the dish he has fluid actions and a developing skill set. Should continue to improve as physical maturation takes its course.
Throw: High-3/4 righty with jump out of the hands.
Defensive Projection: Corner Guy.
