Physical: Advanced, strong build at 6-foot-3, 215lbs. 7.56 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Upright, even stance, as the hands slotted over the backside, by the neck to begin. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to uncoil the midsection through a heavy, flat path into the hitting zone. Aggressive turn producing flush contact at the front of the plate up to a T93 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak. Worked up into the 322 foot distance range and added a 40% sweet spot rate, flashing the consistency. Gap to gap approach and middle of the order trajectory.
Defensively: The outfielder will find a home at a corner position, staying behind the ball and fielding off his left. Bent at the waist with adequate pace, and delivered an accurate throw from H ¾ slot to the plate (77 mph arm).
Pitching: RHP - Arm-strength carried to the mound, beginning from the middle-left side; average to above average pace and swung the leg up, down to create momentum. Sat 78-81 mph with more available, holding a 100% zone rate during his ‘pen on the FB. Mixed a short, sharp 66-68 mph CB on an 11/5 tilt and faded a 70-72 mph CH back the other way for strikes.
Physical: Tall/high-waisted 6-foot-3, 197lb frame with an imposing presence on the bump and projection left to continue adding.
Pitching: RHP - Slow, momentum-building windup getting to a balanced stack and driving into footstrike. Slight downward tilt at release allowing the chest to work over the toes from H ¾, as the FB entered from 78-80 mph with a 45% zone rate via Trackman. Mixed a gradual 66-68 mph CB flashing some consistent horizontal shape (6 inches HM AVG) and then added a quality 69-72 mph CH at near FB arm-speed with good spin traits/command (1636rpm AVG, 7 inches HM AVG, 50% zone rate).
