Physical: Lean, wiry, developing 5-foot-7, 125lb frame. 8.42 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Narrow, upright stance with the hands staying up by the shoulder on the turn. Utilized a controlled toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a flat, direct path with solid bat to ball skills. Really adjustable hitter that consistently found the sweet spot (75% SS rate) while keeping it on a line during his round. Potential to be a future bat that hits for AVG, strength will come. Notched a 76 mph bat-exit velocity at this look.
Defensively: The primary shortstop arrived on time with some bounce to his step. Worked from right to left down through the ball with a soft glove hand that gave consistently at the touch. Displayed an accurate 66 mph arm-strength from a short H ¾ release.
