8/02/19

The 6-foot-1 175 pound lefty finished the game with 83-86 mph heaters, but scattershot command.  It’s a good arm, with longer arm action and some effort to the delivery.  Didn’t have much feel for the secondary pitches in game action, but showed a good 69 mph CH at times.  Also pounded a triple to the RCF gap in his last at bat.

1/27/19 Uncommitted. 6’ 170 pounds, with current strength in frame. Has great intent at the plate and on the mound. While it may have been pull happy, the raw power is impressive for his age. Uses lower half very well to create leverage and bat speed at 90 mph. Toe tap with good rhythm in his hands working behind the baseball early to create a large margin for error. Lots of effort in the delivery, which may limit him long term to the bullpen but effort also means deception. His over the top arm angle on the mound creates good downhill plane with a fastball up to 86 MPH. His arm angle helps with depth on his breaking ball at 63 MPH. As he locates his fastball better, Still could become a legitimate two-way prospect.
