Begins in a tall balanced stance with a quick controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is efficient, exhibits an uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up lots of balls with loud contact. Aggressive approach. Confident while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 72 mph; had a fluid natural exchange, soft sure hands, and consistent footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a loose arm action with athletic slot. Recorded a time of 7.34 in the 60-yard dash. Capable on the mound, showed a clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with some arm speed Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses decent effort. Has a strong balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with a clean finish. (Max spin 1840; Avg 1699).
is a young 5-foot-10, 170-pound infield prospect. During batting practice, Lefkowitz's best exit velocity was 83 mph with a (64.3 mph bat speed average) and (21.0 mph hand speed average). Lekowitz begins in a balanced, athletic stance with a controlled load. A short stride triggers a simple flat swing that stays on plane through his finish. During his round, Lefkowitz showed good hands and the ability to use the middle of the field. In the infield, his best throw was up to 67 mph while showing he has a clean exchange, sure hands, and consistent, smooth feet. During the event, he recorded a 60 time of 7.75. Off the mound, works from the left-side, smooth repeatable delivery, higher leg kick, gets down the mound inline to direction. The arm action is long and loose, working with minimal effort.
