5-foot-10, 170-pound, average athletic frame, showing wiry strength, strength throughout. A left-handed hitter, can swing the bat, approach is from field to field, line drives all over the yard. The stance is balanced, slightly open, hands are relaxed and loose at the shoulders. The approach is balanced and quiet, hands work through the zone. The exit velocity was clocked at 90 mph, an average runner, ran a 7.28 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, brings a ton value, can play all over the field. The arm has strength clocked at 84 mph, plenty of carry and flight across the diamond. The glove is soft, quick transfer, real good flow, starts and turns were performed correct. 

Exit Velocity: 90 mph

5-foot-10, 170-pound switch hitting infielder/outfielder. He showed well at the event. He ran a 7.12 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is athletic and active with the feet. He threw 86 mph across the diamond during the defensive portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 91 mph. The setup is narrow in base and he uses a knee to knee approach on the bottom half. The hands are quick and produce a flat path to the ball. The path has a little lift in it at contact. He showed line drive production throughout the event. He is a solid player.

INF Velocity- 86 mph

5-foot-10, 160-pound left -handed hitting middle infielder. Ran a 7.36 sixty on the laser at the event. The glove and approach in the infield is done well. The hands are soft and the feet remain active. Threw 80 mph across the diamond out of a high slot. Threw 82 mph from the outfield to the plate. The approach in athletic and appropriate. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 83 mph. The setup is wide in base, front foot steps into the swing. The hand path needs to be more direct as he is out and around to contact.

5-foot-9, 150-pound left-handed hitting infielder and outfielder, homered at the event and displayed solid defensive plays. Ran a 7.43 sixty on the laser at the event. Threw 77 mph from the outfield, can play a corner outfield position with ease. The middle infield play is very skilled, threw 74 mph across the diamond at  the workout. He can play defense in the infield, profiles as an offensive second baseman. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 80 mph. The set up is wide in base, front foot open to start. The front foot closes down as the ball approaches. Slight bat wrap, the path is long and uphill to contact. The hands are good , keep an eye on him.

5-foot-9, 165-pound, average athletic frame, shoulders are sloped, movements and actions are smooth and work effortlessly. A good athlete, has room to fill out and add strength. A left-handed hitting middle infielder, looks to be able to play on both sides of the bag. The hands are super soft, feet are quick and crisp, has no wasted movement in the transfer, fields and transfers all in one step. The arm was clocked at 79 mph, with life out of the hand. The feeds and turns are quick and accurate. The arm was clocked at 84 mph when using an aggressive crow hop. At the plate, approach is balanced has some lift to the swing, the hands are loose and uses a controlled leg kick for timing. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 80 mph, approach is from gap to gap, with effort to the pull side at times. Ran a 4.07 in the 30-yard-dash. Off the mound, works from the right side, has coil to the leg raise. The stride is shorter, slightly closed off. The arm works out of a higher slot, fastball was clocked at 76-79 mph, had sink and run to the arm side. The breaking pitch, acts more like a small slider, clocked at 67-70 mph. Times to the plate were at 1.41 worked quick between pitches. The lower half could be used more. Will defend at a high level, controls the bat, serious follow.

5-foot-9, 150 pounds, Perez has an average athletic build. There is room to strengthen the upper and lower halves. He ran a 7.75 sixty yard dash. Offensively, Perez stands with a slightly open stance and his feet shoulder width apart. His hands get prepped at the shoulders and work fluidly. The bat path has some loft to it, helping to elevate the ball. Perez posted a tee exit velocity of 78 MPH. Easy rotation through the zone with bat control. Uses a toe tap as a timing mechanism. Made consistent hard contact during batting practice, with a pull heavy approach. Further physical development can help add to what is already above average pop for his size. On defense, Perez shows quick, clean, athletic actions. The hands work well on the forehand and backhand. He makes throws from a high ¾ slot and the arm was clocked up to 76 MPH across the diamond. Smooth double play turns. Already shows polish and instinct which should only continue to improve as he develops over the next few high school seasons. Perez impressed during the showcase and is a good follow for the 2018 high school season as a left-handed hitting middle infield prospect.
