(18.3 mph hand speed average). Began in a tall closed stance with a smooth load, then used a long stride. Has a long level swing plane, developing bat speed and good extension on his finish. He found some barrels with loud contact. Up the middle approach. Projectable in the infield, his best throw was registered at 62 mph; had a fluid exchange, soft hands, and developing footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. Used a high ¾ slot with a short arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Recorded a 60 time of 8.02 at the event. Projectable raw on the mound, showing developing arm speed he had a high ¾ arm angle with a short compact arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses easy effort. In his delivery his balance point is tall with downhill shoulders. Lands soft with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 62-65 mph; had sinking action and both sides of the plate command.
