Evan Aubin: RHP/SS, (2025) Haddam Killingworth, CT. 5-foot-6, 140-pound athletic proportional build. Capable at the plate, Aubin's best exit velocity was 74 mph. (60.5 mph bat speed average). (18.4 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced wide stance with a compact load, then used a short toe tap stride. Bat speed is average, exhibits a short simple swing plane and high finish. He barreled up some balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, his best throw was registered at 69 mph; has a clean exchange, developing feet, and soft hands. Showed a ¾ slot and a short loose arm action with consistent accuracy to the base. Recorded a time of 7.28 in the 60-yard dash. Projectable on the mound, had a long loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle with good arm speed. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher who shows easy effort. Has a strong balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square. Produced a fastball that came in at 71-74 mph; shows arm side control and sinking action. (Max spin 2163; Avg 1876). Threw a 1/7 curveball (61-62) with slurvey action and glove side control. (Max spin 2228; Avg 2142). His changeup (62-63) showed fading swing and miss action and arm side command.
