5-foot-8, 158-pound, smaller, athletic frame. A left-handed hitting catcher that worked out on the left-side as well. At the plate, even feet at shoulder width, a taller stance, hands are relaxed at the shoulders, with more of a flat setup. For timing, uses a quick pick up and put down, is stacked over backside on contact. The swing is level through the zone, more of a line drive pull approach, the exit velocity was clocked at 84 mph. Needs to stay through it a tick longer, barrel is in and out quick. Moves and runs well for a catcher, ran a 7.29 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, showed very quick feet behind the plate, gains ground, gets body moving, good momentum. The pop time was 2.07-2.08, arm was clocked at 65 mph. From the left-side of the infield, arm was clocked at 65 mph. The actions and movements will need to get smoothed. Projecting out more behind the plate.
