The swing is short to contact, hands are inside the baseball, with an approach of middle to opposite, shows good bat speed, exit velocity at 87 mph. Defensively, threw 65 mph from behind the plate. The setup is athletic, sits on one knee, smooth on the transfer, gains ground towards second. The arm action is super clean, and short and works with easy effort. Worked out in the infield as well, moves well to both sides with a soft glove.

Projectable during batting practice, Baitch displayed an exit velocity of 78 mph, Top 2 velo of the day. (63.2 mph bat speed average). (19.7 mph hand speed average). Began in a wide athletic stance with a rhythmic slow load, then used a short toe tap stride. Bat speed is quick, uses a short upward swing plane and high finish. Barreled up multiple balls with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Solid in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 61 mph; has a clean exchange, smooth feet, and soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. While catching, his best recorded throw to second was clocked at 63 mph; has soft hands, quick in control feet, and a clean transfer. produced pop times of 2.22-2.40. Athletic setup with some flexibility.
