5-foot-9, 170-pound, average athletic frame, shoulders are sloped with room for added weight. A right-handed hitter, spread out approach, feet are even, uses a higher leg kick, weight is on the back side. The hands are held higher, back elbow extended out, with bat having tilt to it. The swing is level across the chest, finishes with two hands at shoulder height. The swing gets a bit rotational, could get through it more, keeping barrel in the zone longer. The approach is more to pull side, had a tee exit velocity of 74 mph and ran a 4.53 from home to first. Defensively, projects out more of an outfielder for me. Attacks the baseball under control, clean, quick feet. The arm threw 77 mph, from a higher slot, throws were on target. Routes and angles were correct. From third base, arm was clocked at 72 mph, longer arm path. The feet and transfer need to quicken a bit. Potential to hit at some point.
