5-foot-3, 108-pound, smaller thin athletic frame. Sloped shoulders, will mature out with added weight. A right-handed hitting catcher, showed well for a younger player, held his own catching older arms. At the plate, closer feet, small squat, weight on back side, hands are loose at the shoulders. The bat starts in more of a flat position, lower half is under control, simple, stride, gains ground. The swing is level through the zone, rolls hands late, finishing at shoulder height. The approach is more middle of the field, line drives, took a solid round of batting practice. The exit velocity was clocked at 64 mph. Defensively, threw down to second base at 52 mph, loose lower arm slot. The front side could be stronger. The glove is strong on the catch for his age, held his own behind the plate in game play.
