5-foot-11, 180-pound, stronger, athletic frame. Longer neck, rounded shoulders has room for added weight. At the plate, a wider, closed off setup. The hands are loose and relaxed, with a flat setup. The swing is level through the zone, with more of a pull approach. The backside pushes a bit, could use more drive. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 68 mph and ran a 4.39 home to 1st. Showed a fast, quick arm from the outfield, clocked at 72 mph, using more of a shuffle for the transfer. The arm action is clean on the backside, working from an over the top slot. Off the mound, working from the stretch position, simple easy delivery, front arm needs to stay inline longer, drops and pulls off. The arm works from a higher slot. The fastball was clocked at 65-67 mph. The breaking ball was thrown slower at 51-53 mph, will need to add more fastball hand speed. An athlete, interesting follow.
