Drew Curto: SS/OF, (2024) Glastonbury, CT. 6-foot-1, 185-pound athletic mature frame. Above average and projectable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 99 mph. (74.3 mph bat speed average). (24.6 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a small load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, displays a flat simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. He created loud contact and found lots of barrels. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Above average while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 80 mph; has athletic consistent feet, a clean natural exchange, and soft sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. Performed well in the 60-yard dash, clocking a speedy time of 6.8. (Max spin ; Avg ).
