6-foot, 150-pound, longer, lean, wiry strong athletic frame, with room for added strength, chance to be physical at some point. A right-handed hitting two-way player, worked out behind the plate and in the outfield. Top tool is his athletic ability, a twitchy explosive player. At the plate, starts open, feet are at shoulder width, hands loose with some pre-pitch movement to them. For timing uses a small toe tap, into a stride, swing is fluid, level to up path, hands stay inside the baseball, length to it at the backend, could shorten a tick. The hands work with limited effort. The tee exit was at 79 mph, has a ton more in there, runs well above average, ran a 4.03 from home to 1st. defensively, threw 81 mph from outfield, arm is super loose and whippy, baseball comes out with ease. The arm was clocked at 81 mph, footwork is quick and accurate. Looks to be able to play either center or right. Behind the plate, arm was clocked at 69 mph, with a pop time of 2.15-2.31. Bends at the waist, could stay taller, will create more carry to throws. The arm action, gets a tick long on the backside, easy fix with reps to shorten. The footwork is quick in transfer. The hands could strengthen on the catch, looks to be comfortable back there. Super athletic, will be one of the better guys round in his class.
