(66.9 mph bat speed average). (22.6 mph hand speed average). Starts in a narrow open stance with a handsy load, then uses a small stride. Bat speed is above average, has a short swing plane and a front foot finish. He found some barrels with some loud contact. Pull side approach. Athletic from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 70 mph; showed a clean exchange, quick smooth feet, and soft hands. Laterally, movements were quick and fielded the ball out front to the side. Used a short arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the base. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.97.
