Vincent Benevento: C/3B, (2024) Daniel Hand, CT. 5-foot-10, 175-pound lean athletic frame. Above average projectable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter displayed an exit velocity of 84 mph, 2nd Best EV of the day. (67.0 mph bat speed average). (19.2 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic balanced stance with a tight compact load, then used a short controlled stride. Bat speed was electric, displayed a short flat swing plane and high finish. Was able to create tons of loud contact during his round. Line drive gap to gap approach. Behind the plate, throw downs to second topped out at 69 mph; had quick aggressive footwork, soft hands, and a twitchy quick transfer. Some flexibility and wide athletic setup. Showed an-over-the-top slot and a short arm action with consistent accuracy to the base.

Exit Velocity: 84 mph

Arm Velocity: 69 mph
