Carson Shaw: RHP/SS, (2025) Conner, KY. 6-foot, 175-pound. (62.8 mph bat speed average). (20.9 mph hand speed average). Began in an athletic quiet stance with a quick load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is efficient, shows a level swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 78 mph; had consistent footwork, sure hands, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. Clocked a 60 time of 7.33 at the event. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2101; Avg 1994). Had gradual action on his 11/5 curveball. (Max spin 1105; Avg 999).
