the box, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 85 mph. Started in an open stance
with a smooth load, then used a leg kick to initiate his swing. Showed a level swing plane,
quick bat speed and level finish. Was able to find multiple barrels during his rounds. Line
drive approach. From the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 77 mph;
had athletic footwork, sure hands and a clean exchange. he fielded the ball out front and
showed athletic movement laterally. Used a high ¾ slot with short arm action.
