Bodnar is a 6-foot-2, 165 pound right-handed infield prospect. He hits out of an even set up, with the hands set just off the back shoulder. The load is simple and works off a knee slide to get the weight stacked over the back leg. The hands work well during the swing and he showed a max exit velocity of 89.4 MPH during the batting practice. He also ran a 7.41 second sixty.

Defensively, Bodnar showed athletic actions and a velocity of 75 MPH across the diamond. The feet are light as he works to get into a balanced fielding position. He moved well through the ground ball and showed soft hands transitioning into the throwing position. He finishes through the play and stays in line with the target.

Shows good bat speed, exit velocity was clocked at 85 mph, and ran a 7.50.  Good looking baseball player.

The hands are relaxed just off the back. He transfers the weight to the back leg with a controlled shift and the hands push back into a good launch position. The long arms create some leverage in a swing that works through the hitting zone on a direct, flat path and continues on well through contact.

Defensively, he was 76 mph on his throws across the diamond at this event. The feet move well as he works to get into a good fielding position. He breaks down behind the ground ball, with the glove out in front. He transitions well from fielding to a solid throwing position. The feet create a direct line with the target and the arm-swing is clean. He finishes through the play and continues along the same direct path with the target.
