He starts in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A controlled load and a short stride trigger a swing that showcases his bat-speed and gap to gap approach. He stays on plane through contact and remains balanced. In the infield, Lomberto was 69 MPH on his throws across the diamond. The glove is reliable and he threw 70 mph across the diamond at the event. The bat has an exit velocity of 86 mph. The setup is even in base, front foot open to start. The path is flat and long to contact as he gets good plate coverage. The hands work freely, he just needs better direction with the initiation of his swing.

5-foot-6, 165-pound left-handed hitting corner infielder. He ran a 7.08 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is solid as the feet remain active throughout the process. The glove is soft and he displayed a habit of double tapping the ball after he takes it out of his glove. He threw 68 mph across the diamond during the infield portion of the workout as the arm would benefit from an off-season throwing program. The bat has an exit velocity of 87 mph. The setup is even in base and the front foot is open to start. The front foot closes down as the ball approaches and he gains minimal ground to the ball. The hands are quick and he displayed a sweeping path to the baseball.
