(65.0 mph bat speed average). (22.2 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a tight load, then uses a small stride. Bat speed is developing, exhibits a long flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. Was able to create loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 76 mph; has soft sure hands, a natural exchange, and developing consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Capable on the mound, used a short quick arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent developing arm speed. Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. Showed consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 78-79 mph; had arm side control and running action. (Max spin 1899; Avg 1807). Throws his 12/6 curveball (63-64) with sweeping action and around the zone glove side control.
