Charles Day: C/3B, (2025) Duxbury, MA. 6-foot-1, 185-pound lean athletic build. Capable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 80 mph. (68.6 mph bat speed average). (24.0 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a short stride. Bat speed is developing, uses an uphill long swing plane and high finish. Was able to create loud contact and found some barrels. Line drive approach. While catching, his best recorded throw to second was clocked at 67 mph; had a natural lengthy transfer, developing hands, and developing consistent footwork. He had a pop time of 2.32-2.40. Clean setup. Showed a high ¾ slot and consistent accuracy to the base. Clocked a 60 time of 8.45 at the event.
