The path to contact is slightly uphill through contact.

The approach in the outfield is athetics as all the movements are appropriate, throwing 90 mph during the outfield portion of the workout. The bat is loud, exit velocity of 96 mph. The setup was athletic and he sits in his legs. The path is quick and clean, as he lets the hip turn the barrel. There is strength in the swing and he leans on it. On the mound, the fastball sat 83-84 mph with arm side run. The spin pitch was 67-69 mph and big in shape. The changeup was 77-79 mph and straight. The delivery is quick in tempo and the slot is high. The lift is repeated and he coils the body to unleash the arm.

He shows pop in the bat, gap to gap power at the present moment. The foot speed is above average.

The arm is long, throwing 85 mph with carry from the outfield. The setup at the dish is even in base as the front foot gains ground as the swing is produced. The path is flat and long to contact, shows a small amount of bat wrap. The athleticism on the field is excellent. On the mound, the fastball sat 81-83 mph. The breaking ball was 66-68 mph and big in shape. The changeup is a developing pitch for him.

Cole Kotkowski: OF/RHP, (2026) King Philip, MA. 165-pound athletic lean build. Projectable during batting practice, Kotkowski recorded an exit velocity of 91 mph. (73.3 mph bat speed average). (21.2 mph hand speed average). Begins in a wide open stance with a controlled load, then uses a closed small stride. Bat speed is developing, has a loose flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up lots of balls with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Projectable and athletic in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 84 mph; shows soft developing hands, athletic developing feet, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a ¾ slot with a quick arm action. Athletic on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action while showing developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Displays in line shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 80-81 mph; had arm side command and running sinking action. (Max spin 2193; Avg 2118). Showed glove side control and tight action on his 12/6 curveball (72-73). (Max spin 1889; Avg 1766). He shows hard action on his changeup (74-75).

(71.9 mph bat speed average). (20.6 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then uses a small stride. Bat speed is developing, displays a long flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. Through the round he found lots of barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and  projectable from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 84 mph; has developing athletic feet, a natural exchange, and developing soft hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Had a consistent arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.93.  (Max spin ; Avg ).

Projectable and athletic at the plate, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 89 mph. (69.5 mph bat speed average). (21.3 mph hand speed average). Begins in an athletic open stance with a tight load, then uses a closed small stride. Bat speed is developing, displays a flat swing plane and level finish. Created loud contact and found multiple barrels. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Athletic in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 83 mph; has a natural exchange, developing athletic feet, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had consistent accuracy to the bag and a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.06.  (Max spin ; Avg ).
