Dylan Cole: SS/RHP, (2024) out of Masconomet, MA. is a 5-foot-9, 135-pound two-way prospect. At the plate, Cole had an exit velocity of 77 MPH, with a (55.56 mph bat speed average) and (19.32 mph hand speed average). Cole started in an athletic, open stance with the hands relaxed off the back shoulder. A smooth load triggers a swing that takes a simple, flat path through his finish. In the infield, Cole was up to 70 MPH on his throws across the diamond. As he worked through the defensive portion, he showed sure hands, a clean exchange, and consistent smooth footwork. During the event, he also recorded a 60 time of 8.0. On the mound, Cole worked out of a long, high ¾ arm slot, producing a fastball that came in at 71-72 MPH (Max spin 1974; Avg 1894) with some late run. The delivery is simple, using minimal effort. He gets to a good position at the top, before heading down the mound in line with home plate. He lands square, finishing over his front leg. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is slightly above 3/4 in height. The arm is short on the back half and he is methodical in the movements.
