6-foot-3, 200-pound right-handed pitcher. His outing was solid at the event, as he pitched 3 clean innings. The fastball sat 85-86 mph with arm side action to it. The spin pitch was 72-73 and slurvy in action. The changeup sat 70-71 mph and had the correct spin to it. The delivery was online with the feet and the slot is above 3/4 in height. The tempo is solid and he repeats the delivery. The arm works free and clean. The direction of the top half can stay online longer to aid in the extension as he shows glove pull at times. Solid prospect.
6-foot-3, 185-pound right-handed pitcher and middle infielder. The delivery is clean, small amount of crossfire and above 3/4 slot. The front side is posted as he gets into foot strike, minimal pull. The tracking of the front shoulder needs to continue to improve as he matures, which will help extension and direction. The arm works clean and he is a definite big follow on the mound. The fastball touched 81 mph, arm side run to the pitch. The spin pitch is correct in shape, sitting at 69-73 mph. The changeup is a work in progress, sitting at 72-73 mph. Big follow for me.
