Kyler MacDonald: LHP/1B, (2022) Billerica, MA. 6-foot, 178-pound projectable frame. Capable on the mound, used an over-the-top arm angle and a long arm action while showing good arm speed. Feel type pitcher and the delivery showed some effort. Showed consistent balance point with on line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 79-80 mph; showed consistent control and tilt. Throws a heavy changeup (69-71) with command low in the zone and fading action. Threw a tight slider (70-72) with hard action.

6-foot, 155-pound left-handed pitcher. The delivery has deception to it as he has a modified jump into foot strike. The feet stay online and the slot is slightly above 3/4. The pitch comes from behind his head. The arm works freely and its loose. The glove side is under control and the action is repeated. The frame projects to fill out and the projection is very good. The fastball touched 80 mph with arm side action to it The spin pitch is a slider at 72 mph. The slider can use more fastball hand speed to it as he matures. Threw a solid split finger pitch at 69 mph and showed a good changeup with action at 68-69 mph. Big follow for me.

6-foot, 155-pound left-handed pitcher and first baseman. On the mound, the fastball touched 82 mph, arm side run to the pitch. The spin pitch is big in shape, needs additional fastball hand speed to the pitch, sat at 66 mph. The changeup is a work in progress, sitting 71-73 mph. The delivery has minor crossfire to the feet, above ¾ in slot. The frame is long and lanky, the arm works short on the backside. The delivery has deception to it, very interesting prospect on the mound, and one to follow. Positionally, threw 77 mph across the diamond from first to third. The glove and feet work well around the bag. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 81 mph. The setup is open to start, and the hands work freely. The path needs to be flattened to contact and the bottom half needs to get under control. Excellent skill set for this young man.
