Rex Cinelli: OF/RHP, (2024) out of Franklin, MA. is a 6-foot-1, 170-pound two-way prospect. In the box, Cinelli had a max exit velocity of 90 MPH, with a (66.6 mph bat speed average) and (20.5 mph hand speed average). Cinelli is a 6-foot, 165 pound right-handed hitting middle infield prospect. He hits out of a narrow stance, with the hands set close to the body. He loads the weight over the back leg before striding out toward the pitcher. The stride does get a bit long, creating some length with his swing. The bat follows a flatter plane and produces a max exit velocity of 82 MPH.

Defensively, Cinelli was 66 MPH on his throws across the diamond. The feet work deliberately to get him into a good fielding position. The glove is soft as he transitions through the ground ball and into the throwing position. The hips and shoulders create a good line with his target, allowing the arm to work cleanly. He uses a lower, side-arm slot to work the ball across the field and finishes through the play, maintaining the same good line with his target. 

On the mound, Cinelli uses a short, simple delivery taking the ball over his head before getting into a good balance point. He separates the ball well at the top before heading down the mound. The arm works out of a higher slot, producing some sink on a fastball that sits 72-74 MPH. He also features a change-up that sits 64-66 MPH with good action.
