(60.6 mph bat speed average). (17.9 mph hand speed average). Starts in an athletic wide stance with a rhythmic load, then uses a controlled leg kick. Bat speed is quick, uses a loose upward swing plane and high finish. He barreled up some balls with loud contact. Up the middle line drive approach. Above average advanced while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 76 mph; showed smooth feet, next level hands, and a twitchy exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a ¾ slot and a short arm action with consistent accuracy to the base. Clocked a 60 time of 7.47 at the event. Advanced defensively up the middle, feel for defending.
