Pat is a right-handed hitting infield prospect. He hits out of a balanced, slightly open stance. The hands set just off the back shoulder. The hands are quick, as the bat takes a direct, flat path through the hitting zone. He remains balanced throughout and finishes through contact. Defensively, Pat showed good feet and soft hands as he worked through the ground balls. He gets into a good fielding position and stays in line with his target as he completes the play. He also had a vertical of 54.8 cm. On the mound, he gets to a good position at the top, separates well creating a higher ¾ arm swing. As he heads down the mound the chest leans back, causing him to drift toward the glove side. The fastball showed some arm side movement and sits (72-73 MPH). He also flashed a big 12/6 curveball and a changeup.
