5-foot-8, 1350-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder. He ran a 8.1 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is improving as he can continue to smooth out his foot work as he works through the fielding of the baseball. The glove is reliable and he threw 71 mph across the diamond at the event. The bat has an exit velocity of 78 mph as physical strength gains are warranted. The setup is even in base, small pick up and put down as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The path is long to contact and he showed clean hands. The off season will be huge for him, in terms of strength gains.

The glove soft and he threw 66 mph across the diamond at the event. The frame is slight and thin as of now, his game can benefit from the addition of strength and weight gain as he matures in age. The bat has an exit velocity of 71 mph. The setup is wide in base and he uses a toe tap to stride approach on the bottom half of the process. The hands work free and clean, producing an uphill path.

Martin is a 5-foot-4, 125 pound right-handed hitting infield prospect. The young infielder had an exit velocity of 61 mph off the tee. He hits out of an athletic, square stance. The hands set above the back shoulder with some pre-pitch movement. The load is short and gets the weight to the back leg before taking a swing-path with some elevation through the hitting zone. He stays through contact on a good plane.
Defensively, the young infielder was 64 mph across the diamond. The feet are athletic and allow him to get into a balanced fielding position. He moves well laterally and showed a good backhand at this event. The hands are soft as he transitioned into the throwing position and the feet create a direct line with the target. The arm-swing is short as he works through the play and he finishes on a good line with the target.
I like the skill-set with this young infielder. The fundamentals are there, both offensively and defensively. It’s just a matter of continuing to add strength and continue to develop his skill-set.
